Paul Hill

Paul has enjoyed a successful career as a CEO both in Australia and internationally in a broad range of companies including Breville, Mattel, GE and Black & Decker. For the past 7 years, Paul has focused mainly on the SME market and is also Chairman of Comcater, 1300 Temp Fence, Their care, Whelan Kartaway, Riskcom, Time Advice

Fotofinder, Mr Home Services Group and Met Group

He is also the advisor of Axent, Jardan and Harlow

In addition to his board commitments, Paul works in an ongoing capacity with a number of private family companies, advising and assisting them with acquisitions, restructuring, capital raising and succession planning. 

Alan Kaye

Alan is a highly experienced business leader and investor with knowledge and interest in real estate, finance and healthcare amongst other industries. 

Alan is the Managing Director of Howitt Investments Pty Ltd. He has also owned, grown and exited businesses that he has run in the finance/debt/investment space with transaction values of $100 million+, including the successful exit of Cash Resources Australia, Plan Australia Pty Ltd and a range of commercial properties, wineries and estates. 

Raghu Rajakumar

Raghu has 14 years of experience in strategy, investor relations, marketing and entrepreneurship. Before founding Eden Exchange, Raghu held leadership roles at Computershare, LinkMarket Services, IBISWorld and Agora Publishing in finance, media, new product development and business turnaround. He has also founded, grown and sold profitable businesses in the education space.


Raghu has developed a broad range of skills and formed large investor networks across all areas of capital markets, transactions, mergers and acquisitions and technology. Eden Exchange has been able to flourish due to Raghu's deep understanding of the commercial needs of our clients. Raghu has interests in financial technology, new media, emerging global markets.

Design & Production
Ellen Rodgers

Ellen is our Production and Design Manager at Eden Exchange and is responsible for Eden Exchange's podcasts, media campaigns and publications.

Ellen loves photography, performing arts and the beaches in her home city of Perth.

Ellen has a background in graphic design, merchandising and buyer behaviour roles in the retail sector and business marketing. Ellen uses her diverse experience and skillset to coordinate the design and marketing production at Eden Exchange.

Marketing & Communication
Emily Windred

Emily is our Marketing and Communications Manager at Eden Exchange and is responsible for content creation, distribution and coordinating communications.

Emily has a deep love for musical theatre, pop culture and looking after other peoples’ dogs.

Emily has a diverse background ranging from writing to marketing to teaching dance. She now combines her highly creative and organised mind with her affinity for communication to create and distribute the content and communications at Eden Exchange.

Operations & Projects
Karin Ericsson

Karin is our Operations and Projects Manager at Eden Exchange and is responsible for campaign set up and the flow of information and communication throughout the project. 

Karin loves skiing, going on adventures and catching the midnight sun in Northern Sweden.

Karin has a background in business and economics from Sweden. Along with extensive experience from working in international markets in North America and Europe, she has an analytical mind with high technical skills that are essential for the success of our campaigns.

He is an expert in qualifying and prospecting
leads and then matching them with the needs of a business investor

John Van Hulst

John is a Certified Practising Business Broker (CPBB) and holds a Full Real Estate Licence and a Corporations Licence for the Business. Selling Businesses is what he does. 


He helps find pre-qualified prospects interested in buying businesses. John is an expert in qualifying and prospecting leads.

Rod Berryman

Rod has 20+ years experience in business and finance sales and is also the Director of Flexible Capital. 

His long standing relationships and experience ensure we are able to source the best finance facility for each client, in both the commercial and domestic space.

Adam Louey

Adam is the I.T manager at EdenExchange and is also the director of iTechICT.


Adam was a Senior I.T Officer at the Parliament of Victoria and has also run, grown, sold and successfully exited computer services businesses and I.T franchises in Australia.

Gary Powell

Gary has 30+ years experience in franchised business operations and franchise network development in both senior management and consultant roles.


Gary has worked with groups as diverse as Hotondo Homes, Century 21 Real Estate, Hungry Jacks, Autobarn, Sandwich Chefs, Ferguson Plarre Bakehouse, Red Rooster and HPS Pharmacies.
